Last night I went to watch the Miss York County Scholarship Pageant. It was my first time visiting this pageant in the four years I have been involved in this system. It was a very nice production with assistance from the three reigning titleholders, Carmen Bloom, Miss White Rose City, Melanie Hildebrant, Miss Susquehanna Valley, and Christina Wilson, Miss York County. Also on hand to help with the emcee duties was Miss Pennsylvania, Rachel Brooks. Rachel also performed her Miss America talent and did a fabulous job!At the end of the evening, three new titleholders were crowned, Miss Susquehanna Valley, Sarah Timm, Miss White Rose City, Amanda Sellers, and Miss York County, Randi Levendusky. Earlier in the evening Miss York County Outstanding Teen, Jill Wiley, was also crowned. Congratulations to the Garlings and Newports for a successful pageant!!
